PG33 Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Betting Platform Terms of Use

Important: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and PG33 ("Platform", "we", "pg33"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any pg33 service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms set out herein. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue your use of the pg33 platform immediately.

1 Member Eligibility & Account Registration at PG33

To register and use the pg33 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception. First and foremost, you must be at least 21 years old at the time of registration. pg33 takes the protection of minors seriously and we reserve the right to request proof of age at any time. Any account found to have been registered by an underage individual will be closed immediately and all balances will be returned in accordance with established procedures.

Secondly, you must be a Malaysian citizen or permanent resident with a valid and active Malaysian phone number. Registration using a foreign phone number or an inactive number is not permitted on pg33.

Third, all information you provide during pg33 registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. This includes your full name as per your identity card, phone number, and financial details for withdrawal purposes. pg33 reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time, particularly when you request a withdrawal exceeding a certain limit or when suspicious account activity is detected.

Creating a pg33 account is free and takes less than three minutes. There are no registration fees. Your account becomes active immediately once your phone number is verified via an OTP code sent automatically.

2 PG33 Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on the pg33 platform — whether deposits or withdrawals — are processed exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). pg33 does not accept or process any foreign currency. This ensures no unfavourable exchange rates and no hidden charges for our Malaysian members.

Pg33 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods, all of which are local Malaysian payment options:

Pg33 does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your digital wallet provider or bank may impose their own charges, which are beyond pg33's control. Please check your payment provider's terms for further details.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a method that has been registered and verified in your pg33 account. pg33 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts — that is, accounts not belonging to the registered member.

In cases where fraud, money laundering, or any unlawful activity is suspected, pg33 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing while an investigation is conducted. This suspension period will not exceed 30 business days unless a more in-depth investigation is required at the request of the relevant authorities.

3 PG33 Sports Betting, Casino & Game Rules

The pg33 platform offers a wide range of betting and gaming products, including Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League football, EPL, BWF badminton, NBA, MPL Malaysia e-sports, and more), Live Casino (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette), digital table games, poker, jackpot slots, and e-sports betting. Each game category may have its own specific additional rules, which can be found in the relevant section of the pg33 platform.

For Sports Betting, the odds displayed at the moment you click "Confirm Bet" are the odds that will be used to calculate your winnings — not any odds that may change thereafter. The pg33 system guarantees bet acceptance at the odds shown at the time of confirmation, except in cases of clear and demonstrable system errors.

Matches or events that are postponed, cancelled, or not completed within 72 hours of the originally scheduled time will result in all related bets being voided and the stake credited back to the member's account. For matches that resume after an interruption, the final official result will apply.

For pg33 Live Casino games, game outcomes are determined by the actual game output recorded by the system. In the event of a technical failure that disrupts a game before a round is completed, all bets will be fully refunded. Game records are retained by pg33 and may be referenced for any dispute raised within 30 days of the game date.

4 PG33 Bonuses, Promotions & Rollover Requirements

Pg33 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including new member welcome bonuses, weekly cashback for Sports Betting and e-sports, periodic deposit bonuses, and special promotions tied to major sporting events such as the FIFA World Cup, Malaysia Super League, and BWF World Tour. Each promotion has its own terms and validity period, which will be clearly stated on the relevant promotions page.

Bonuses may only be used by legitimate pg33 members for wagering purposes within the platform. Any attempt to abuse bonuses — including registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, using automated software, or colluding with other members to secure bonus winnings — is a serious violation and may result in the cancellation of all related bonuses and winnings.

Pg33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with or without prior notice. Any such changes will not affect bonuses already received and currently undergoing rollover at the time the change takes effect, unless the change is a direct result of detected abuse.

5 PG33 Account Security & Member Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for keeping your pg33 account login credentials confidential — including your username, password, and two-factor authentication (2FA) code if enabled. pg33 strongly recommends using a strong, unique password that you do not use on any other platform, and enabling two-factor authentication for added security.

You are not permitted to share your pg33 account credentials with any other person, including family members or friends. All activity that takes place on your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility, unless you can demonstrate that unauthorised access occurred and that you reported it to pg33 within a reasonable timeframe.

Pg33 uses 256-bit SSL encryption for all communications between your browser and our servers. However, the security of your own device — including keeping it free of malware, using a secure Wi-Fi network, and avoiding login from public devices — is your responsibility. pg33 cannot be held liable for losses resulting from security negligence on your part.

6 Prohibited Conduct on the PG33 Platform

To maintain a fair and secure gaming environment for all pg33 members, certain behaviours are strictly prohibited on our platform. Violation of any of the items below may result in immediate account suspension or closure and, in serious cases, legal action.

• Identity fraud: Using another person's information or false details to register or verify a pg33 account.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one pg33 account under any circumstances.
• Money laundering: Using the pg33 platform as a vehicle to conceal or launder illegally obtained funds.
• Bonus abuse: Registering multiple accounts or using automated software to gain an unfair advantage from pg33 promotions.
• Use of automated software: Using bots, automation software, or any technical tool to manipulate games or bets on pg33.
• Hacking or system interference: Any attempt to gain unauthorised access to pg33's systems, cause service disruptions, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Collusion: Colluding with other members to gain an unfair advantage in casino games or poker at pg33.
• Customer support abuse: Providing false information to the pg33 support team for the purpose of obtaining an unauthorised refund or withdrawal.

7 PG33 Account Suspension, Restriction & Closure

Pg33 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or close any member account with minimal or no prior notice under certain defined circumstances. These include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud or illegal activity, failure to verify identity when requested, and at the direction of the relevant authorities.

In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of pg33's terms, any balance in the account may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation finds no wrongdoing on the member's part, the balance will be returned within a reasonable timeframe. If a violation is confirmed, pg33 reserves the right to forfeit the balance and deduct any winnings associated with the relevant breach.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the pg33 support team. Any valid balance in the account will be returned in full to the registered payment method once the verification process is complete. Voluntary account closure typically takes 3–7 business days.

8 Responsible Gaming at PG33

Pg33 takes its commitment to responsible gaming seriously. We believe that betting and casino games should be a source of fun and entertainment — not a cause of financial stress or personal hardship. To that end, pg33 provides a range of tools and resources to help members stay in control of their gaming experience.

Pg33 members can, at any time, set daily deposit limits, daily betting limits, or apply for a temporary self-exclusion (from 24 hours up to 6 months) directly from their account settings without needing to contact customer support. Limits take effect immediately upon being set. To increase a limit, a 72-hour waiting period applies to prevent impulsive decisions made under pressure.

When our system detects behaviour that may indicate a potential gambling problem, our team will proactively reach out to the member concerned to offer support and information on help resources available in Malaysia. 9 PG33 Liability Limits

Pg33 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from temporary service disruptions due to scheduled system maintenance, internet or telecommunications failures beyond pg33's control, or extraordinary events such as natural disasters or utility outages affecting pg33's server operations.

Pg33's maximum liability to any member for any platform-related claim is limited to the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim. This limit does not apply in cases of verified fraud on pg33's part.

Pg33 makes no guarantee or representation that any particular betting strategy will result in winnings. All forms of betting carry the risk of financial loss. You bet at your own risk and pg33 bears no responsibility for the outcome of your bets.

10 PG33 Terms & Conditions Amendment

Pg33 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any section of these Terms & Conditions at any time in response to operational requirements, regulatory changes, or platform improvements. Members will be notified of any material amendments via in-platform notifications on pg33 or by registered email at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect, except in cases where an immediate update is required for security or legal reasons.

It is your responsibility to review pg33's Terms & Conditions periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest version in effect. Continued use of the pg33 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amendments to the pg33 Terms & Conditions, you have the right to close your account and withdraw all your remaining balance before the amendment's effective date. These pg33 Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be referred to a qualified arbitrator or court.
